A Must-Have for Every Enthusiast
Proven, stout performance that gives rodders the first new triple 2-bbl setup in years: Triple-D Intake Manifold*, three SixShooter 250 cfm 2-bbl Carbs, Rush Performance Air Cleaner with 3" tall reusable filter, and stainless steel fuel log (feeds carbs from forward-mounted fuel source).
The intake design provides superior distribution to the cylinders. A streamlined water neck minimizes leaking with secure clamping on the thermostat assembly and a well gathers any seepage to prevent stains. Carbs have side-hung float bowls, and the primary carb with electric choke is center. Outboard carbs use a progressive throttle linkage connected to the primary.
On a GM Performance Parts engine, the Triple-D SixShooter (383 HP @ 5700 RPM, 402.9 ft/lbs TQ @ 4200 RPM) outperformed Edelbrock's Air-Gap Manifold with Speed Demon 650 Twin Squirter (370 HP @ 5800 RPM, 390.2 ft/lbs TQ @ 4400 RPM). That's +13 HP, +12 ft/lbs TQ more! Click here to view results.*Packages without intake: Ford FE (carbs & air cleaner) and Mopar (carbs with OR without air cleaner)
